Lilah MacKenzie lives in Blackville, NB, Canada, with her husband Omer. Blackville is a small village located on the banks of the beautiful Miramichi River.

     Lilah retired in June 1997 and spends a great deal of her time reading and writing. She loves to travel and enjoys walking. She and Omer both enjoy vacationing in Florida, so they try to make a trip at least once a year. Lilah plans to one day visit Ireland where her Ancestors originated.

     Lilah has always had a passion for writing, but it was not until her later years that she found the time to pursue it. In March 1988, she wrote her first short manuscript, “A Time to Laugh and A Time to Cry.” Since then she has written many more and had them done up in book form to give to her family for keepsakes.

     She thanks her Creator for giving her the thoughts and ideas for her writings.
